Let’s talk about Influencers and Social Listening

Prior to learning more about Social Listening, I was not sure that there was much outside of an influencer and their manager that went into building a platform. I came to find out that Social Listening refers to the process of monitoring social media platforms, forums, blogs, and other online sources to track conversations and gather information about specific topics, brands, or keywords. The goal is to gain insights into what people are saying about a particular topic, brand, or industry, and use that information to inform business decisions, such as what influencers should post about to give them the most “clout”.

Social listening is becoming increasingly relevant because of the growing importance of social media in our daily lives. With millions of people using social media platforms every day to express their opinions, share information, and connect with others, businesses that fail to listen to what their customers are saying risk falling behind their competitors. Social listening allows companies to stay in touch with their customers, understand their needs and preferences, and build stronger relationships with them.Regenerate response
